Booking & Reservations
How do I reserve rental equipment?
You can reserve by contacting us through our website inquiry form, email, phone, or social media. A signed rental agreement and deposit may be required to secure your date.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2–6 weeks in advance for standard events and several months ahead for weddings, graduations, and peak seasons.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A deposit may be required to hold your event date, with the remaining balance due before delivery.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the following payments: Cash, CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, Cashier Checks.

Delivery, Setup & Pickup
Do you offer delivery?
Yes! We offer delivery based on location and order size. Delivery and setup fees may apply.
Do you set up and take down rentals?
Yes, tent setup/teardown is included with tent rentals. Tables and chairs can be delivered stacked or arranged depending on services selected.
Is same-day pickup available?
Pickup timing depends on your event schedule and availability. We’ll coordinate this during booking.
Do you deliver outside your service area?
Possibly. Contact us for custom delivery quotes outside our standard service area.

Tent Rentals
What comes with tent rentals?
Our tent rentals include the tent structure. Sidewalls, lighting, weights, and other add-ons may be available.
Are setup and delivery included in tent pricing?
No, delivery and setup charges may be separate unless noted in a package.
Can tents go on grass or pavement?
Yes. We can accommodate different surfaces and use appropriate anchoring methods.
Can tents be set up in bad weather?
Safety comes first. Severe weather may affect setup. We monitor conditions and communicate any concerns.
Do you rent sidewalls?
Yes, optional sidewalls are available for additional coverage.

Tables & Chairs
How many people fit at a 72” round table?
Typically 8–10 guests.
What types of chairs do you offer?
We offer white resin padded chairs that are perfect for weddings and special events.
Can I rent tables and chairs without tents?
Absolutely.
Do you offer package pricing?
Yes! We offer event packages for small gatherings to large events.

Rental Policies
How long is a standard rental period?
Standard rentals are up to 8 hours unless otherwise noted.
What happens if equipment is damaged?
Customers are responsible for rented items during the rental period. Damage fees may apply.
Do you clean equipment before delivery?
Yes — all equipment is cleaned and inspected before every event.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible regarding changes or cancellations. Policies may vary based on timing.
